Craniosacral therapy and nervous system healing

Welcome! I’m Evelyn Wright. I offer biodynamic craniosacral therapy and support for befriending and healing your nervous system in Northampton, MA.

I named my practice Thrive because that is my hope and intention for myself and everyone I work with.

We've all experienced the difference between when we are our most aligned, clear, best selves and when we are just going along to get along. I’m dedicated to supporting us all to be our most empowered, engaged selves as often as possible.

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy

Biodynamic craniosacral therapy (BCST) is a gentle, hands-on healing modality that settles the client's nervous system and supports your body's inherent healing wisdom to surface and express itself. It helps to release stuck patterns and reduce tension, pain, and inflammation.

Clients often find the treatments deeply relaxing. Treatments are conducted fully clothed, and all touch is negotiated with the client.

I offer craniosacral sessions at my office in downtown Northampton, MA.

  • I feel truly honored to have found Evelyn…. I came to her experiencing severe debilitating back pain. I was also feeling an overwhelming amount of fear, anxiety and uncertainty regarding upcoming surgery. Evelyn’s touch is warm and gentle. I felt completely safe and at ease from the moment I met her. And I left feeling a sense of calm and more at peace with myself.... Anyone seeking Craniosacral therapy would be lucky to share time and space with Evelyn. She is truly gifted.

  • Working with Evelyn was such a beautiful and resourceful experience. Her presence was gentle, intelligent and curious, and my I could feel my body resonated with that. It felt safe, seen and heard which was so healing. Thank you, Evelyn :)

  • I sought treatment with Evelyn for service-connected neuropathy where the only option seemed like more drugs. But BCST gave me enough relief to go without them for longer. And the quiet space and emphasis on mind-body connection helped me do a surprising amount of PTSD processing that helped compound my VA talk therapy. Would recommend for those struggling with either condition.
